Mallory Evans, MSN, FNP-C
Mallory is the Medical Director for ReVive Medical Spa & co-owner with Loretta! Mallory graduated from Simmons University with her MSN in the Family Nurse Practitioner program in 2019. She has been a nurse for 8 years. Mallory is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She's been practicing as a Nurse Practitioner in Pulmonology for the past 5 years. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner Mallory worked with pediatric and geriatric patients in multiple settings. She is adjunct clinical faculty at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and North Eastern University & enjoys precepting Nurse Practitioner students from many other schools as well. She has completed the Aesthetic Medical Educators training course in Botox and Filler as well as many other private trainings for advanced techniques.
When she's not at work Mallory spends most of her time with her Pomeranian, Louisa!

Loretta Holmes, MBA, BSN, RN
Loretta is co-owner of ReVive Medical Spa with Mallory! Loretta graduated with her MBA in 2020, she has been a nurse for 10 years with experience in many different types of nursing and administration. She completed her Aesthetic Medical Educators training course in Botox and fillers and loves helping people to see the best version of themselves. When she is not at work she spends time with her husband, Brock, her daughter Rowen and her son Brady. She also enjoys spending time with her two dogs and cat.

Courtney Cole, BSN, RN
Courtney graduated from UVM with a double major in dietetics & nutrition and food sciences in 2018. She then completed her BSN at UNE in 2020. Courtney has experience working in Cardiac and Med Surg and currently works in Oncology and Infusion. When she's not at work, she loves hanging out with her cats Ziggy & Willow!
Courtney has completed the Aesthetic Medical Educators training course in Botox and Fillers.
